Arashiyama is one of the main sightseeing spots of Kyōto, located to the west of central Kyōto. Renowned for its autumn leaves, it’s also one of Japan's Top 100 Cherry Blossom Viewing Sites. There are many points of interest including temples such as Tenryū-ji, a World Heritage Site, and museums. The Togetsukyō Bridge across the Katsura River is a symbol of Arashiyama.
