Iyo Kasuri-kaikan Folk Craft Museum has moved to Ropeway Street.
Iyo Kasuri-kaikan folk craft museum has relocated to the front of Ropeway-ekisha station building. In addition to displaying the materials that tell us the history of Iyo-kasuri fabric, the museum has a shop where you can purchase the goods made of Iyo-kasuri such as coasters, pouches and norens (a short and split curtain usually hung at the entrance of a room or shop). ★Iyo-kasuri is hand-woven and blue patterned fabric, and known as one of the three main types of kasuri, splashed pattern textiles, in Japan.
