This is Shikoku’s only underground shopping centre. It runs between Iyotetsu Takashimaya department store and the Gintengai Shopping Arcade. There are daily goods and grocery shops and various eating establishments. The plaza equipped with benches is a convenient place for a rest or as a rendezvous spot.
